Hey everyone! Welcome to the Graveyard Shift, the nightly hang-out hosted by Kotaku's reader-run blog, TAY. This is a place to talk about anything - your lives, your gaming habits, or whatever else you desire. Hop on in and join the discussion! When you're done here, you could always go check out the articles over at TAY or TAYClassic! Or, if this is your first time at TAY, please check out this TAYtorial!

It's getting pretty close to school starting up again over here. As such, I've spent a lot of this week preparing for this semester to kick off, as well as trying to apply for grad school where I still can. Luckily, a lot of this seems to be done online now, so there isn't really a massive need for me to go out and try to get two day shipping to get some of my applications in before the deadline. The bad news, however, is that the people that write some of those applications have absolutely no idea what they're talking about. This is all punctuated with the constant warnings that any failure to portray your information properly will result in your application being thrown out (so say goodbye to sixty dollars, basically).

Maybe I'm starting to get grumpier as I get older, but I can't tell if technology is getting more frustrating or if I'm getting more frustrated in technology. Maybe it's a little bit of both, gathering from all the horror stories I'm beginning to hear about everything now, especially with phones and with gaming recently.

I figured today would be a good day to vent about our technological frustrations, TAY, or just share some rather hilarious technological horror stories. What are some of the most frustrating times you've had with electronics? Is there anything that's making you want to throw any of your equipment out of the nearest window? Talk about it down below!

Never have any technological issues? Are you actually Amish but managing to post and browse TAY through a series of well-placed abacuses? Well then, feel free to talk about life, love, gaming, or whatever else you desire. The Wednesday Graveyard Shift is now open!
