Good Monday TAYtion (TAY nation)! Hope your weekend was great but I have sad news. It’s over. Yeah, I know…it sucks. Now you’re probably having your morning COFEH and going to work or school and feel like a zombie.

But fret not! Turn that frown upside down! We got stuff to talk about! This is the…TAY: Open Forum!

*plays awesome intro song*

First things first, I, for the first time in my life, carved a pumpkin this weekend! It was an awesome experience that really questioned my intelligence as an individual since I was absolutely lost what to do and required the help of my friends on multiple occasions. Regardless, I carved the hell out of that pumpkin and the end result was…meh.

Lol. My pumpkin is on the farthest right. Yup, deadmau5. It wasn’t the best pumpkin, but I’m proud of it! Without further ado, deadpumpkin5!

Update numero dos! My music collection is quickly rising and looking quite nice. As a kid, I always wanted to own my own, physical, music collection but my parents were not going to take out a loan so I can have the thousands of CDs or Vinyls I wanted but I’m an adult now with a job ,so I took it upon myself and Amazon to get everything going. This morning at 7AM I ordered the next batch of albums to add to my collection and I couldn’t be happier with how Amazon makes everything so freaking easy with their prices and Prime shipping. I can’t wait to have them in my view and rip them into AIFF and FLAC for archiving purposes! Yeah, I really do enjoy electronic music but my taste really varies and it will show once I collect every CD I want. So far all the albums I have (including the recently purchased) are:

-Daft Punk - Homework

-Daft Punk - Alive 2007

-Deadmau5 - 4×4=12

-Deadmau5 - Album Title Goes Here

-Pendulum - Immersion

-Darude - Rush

-Empire of the Sun - Walking On A Dream

-Linkin Park - Collision Course

-Fullmetal Alchemist Original Soundtrack 1

Finally, I played Pokemon X this weekend for the first time. Unfortunately, it wasn’t my own copy of the game since I don’t own a 3DS but I *cough borrowed cough* my brothers and saw what was up with the new game. I really quite enjoyed what I played and it did make me want a 3DS. I really enjoyed how familiar it felt to anyone who has played Pokemon even if it was only the original one from back in the day. The battle system and animation are pretty cool and, in my opinion, makes this game much better than Pokemon Stadium, even though I still want a re-release or a new version of that game. I’m sure everyone is busy playing this game and having so much more fun than I am considering I’ve been extremely studying for two exams I have both today and tomorrow that have kicked me in the southern region…hard.

That’s all from me today folks! I’m always more interested in hearing about your opinions though. How are you enjoying Pokemon? Why do you feel someone needs to buy and play this game? Have you reserved a next-gen console already? Why or why not? What are you looking forward to this upcoming gaming generation? Personally, I would like to build my gaming PC throughout time so I have a powerful workstation for working on my music and then gaming with pretty graphics but I know that I’m going to own a PS4 on the side mostly because I love owning physical media. Which has me thinking:

What do you feel is better and why? Digital downloads or owning physical media? Why?

As always, you don't have to abide by my rules and talk about this topic, you can talk about anything you want! Go crazy!
