I like to keep my desk clean, both at work and at home. I want it to be void of all clutter, or at least all neatly stacked in a corner. I want it to almost look like no one sits there. I'm a fan of minimalism in my living/working environments.

We've recently started a desk sharing program at work, now that we're all allowed to work from home 2-3 days a week. It's become first come, first serve, for the desks. So if I'm a bit late, there's someone sitting in my desk (though it's not really mine anymore). I'm okay with that, but that means I have to sit at someone else's desk, and everyone else likes to keep things all strewn about and in the way. It kills me. It feels like I'm sitting at this:

So my question is: Do you enjoy minimalism, and keep a tight ship at home, making sure everything is clear and simple? Or do you like things to be a little more cluttered, keeping things cozy?
