I'm sad, guys.

I've been stuck in this blah feeling for far too long.

My wife works evenings, so I only ever see her on the weekends (which sucks). I can't get the motivation to stick with a video game or TV show. Everyone I work with is like 40+, so it's not like I've got friends in the area that are around my age range.

Maybe I need some social interaction outside of work? I was thinking of starting up Tai Chi again (but without the Mrs.).

I need some suggestions!

My question is: When you get stuck feeling blue and down, what is a sure fire way to pick yourself back up again?

Sorry for the downer topic, just been feeling blue for the past little while and I need to get it off my chest.
