What’s up TAY, last weeek I made a serious pork roast (amongst many other dishes). Over 10 pounds and a bunch of different ways to use it.
After watching a movie that Geebs has been telling me to watch, Chef by Jon Favreau, I got this huge craving for Cuban Sandwiches, I know I’m in the best place in the world to have a Cuban Sandwich, but Miami is a long way from home and honestly going down there just for a sandwich is not worth the trouble. Since I had the pork I prepared last week, I decided to go ahead and prepare myself one of these. You can never go wrong with the combination of pork, ham, cheese, mustard and pickles on a bread <3
