My name is Josay! I live in South Louisiana. The temperature outside is 56 degrees Fahrenheit and I couldn't be happier.

It's finally here! COLD WEATHER!!! I love it!!! I wanna go run around in the streets and be cold! My favorite part of the year has finally arrived and I can finally get extra cozy.

If you arent from the Southern US then you are probably unaware of what it's like down here 80% of the year. It is kind of hard to explain but just imagine going outside every day and bursting into flames and you'll have a rough idea. It is HOT and humid for almost the entire year. I enjoy summer, I really do but when it starts spilling over into September and October it just becomes too much. I know my cold down here is probably baby stuff compared to some of you guys up north but it really is my favorite part of the year.

I'm not sure of the exact reason I love the cold so much but if I had to name a few it would be because it's a break from the hot, It signals the arrival of holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, and that I get to dress up in warm fuzzy clothes and be comfy. I just overall feel like a happier person during this time of year.

It isn't just real cold that makes me feel good, virtual cold is nice too. I'm probably the minority here but I love ice and snow levels. These levels remind me of the coziness of winter, usually have some pretty great music, and everyone's' favorite SLIDING ICE PUZZLES!!! It's really hard to pick out a favorite level but among my favorites are:

Shiver City/Crystal Palace in Paper Mario,
Ice Path in Pokemon Gold and Silver,
The Goron Mountain in Majora's Mask,
The Icy Cavern/Mountain section in Uncharted 2,
December and January in Persona 3. (I know it isn't really snow or ice but it's cozy)

So TAY do you enjoy the cold? Does the thought of winter make you want to throw yourself into a volcano? What's the weather like where you live? Do you have a favorite snow level? Let me know

CreaTAYve Rambling is a semi-regular (as in whenever I feel like it) article I put together where I just ramble on about what I feel like. I make no guarantees of coherence, grammatical correctness. CreaTAYve Rambling is best enjoyed while wearing a warm fuzzy sweater and drinking hot Cocoa.
