I’ve been doing a ton of leg and cardio exercise for the past few weeks and I’ve been wanting to find some good arm and core exercises. I’ve been playing an intense amount of tennis 3 days a week and I’ve been working to work 3 days a week as well and this amount of pressure has been taking a toll on my legs, knees, and ankles recently.

To give my legs a bit of a rest, what’re some arm and core exercises that you do? I’d like to try them out.
