Hello and welcome to Game Talk, where we aim to discuss anything related to games and gaming. This weeks question is the future of games, and your thoughts on whats next.
Games have come a long way since the early days. The graphics have improved so much that sometimes it's hard to tell if its real or not, and gameplay has been so complicated (at least from a developers viewpoint), that difficult equations are used to determine damage instead of something simple like "10-2=x".
Now, I've thought about what could be next for gaming; graphics can get more fine-tuned, gameplay can become more fluid, but that's all I can think of.
So what do you guys think? Is there any area that's uncharted yet? What might be the next big thing? Or has games come as far as they can?
