Let the Games Begin! Wooo, that was terrible. I’ll never say that again. As I’m looking through the TAY drafts, I see some of you have started scheduling your articles as part of the SixTAY Day Writing Challenge*. I’m excited to see what you all put out! A heads up for those who may not know: If you go into your menu, you’ll see an option to “Manage TAY,” if you are an author**.

It’s there you can see what else is scheduled for the day(s) and schedule your own things accordingly. I mention this because with the volume that’s going to happen in the next few days/weeks, you may want to use it as a courtesy to your fellow TAY’ers and for yourself, so articles aren’t buried. Although I expect that would probably be inevitable given how many participants are involved right now, but let’s give it a go.

A gentle reminder: Please give the Open Forums breathing room—that means any articles you publish should be run at least half an hour after it goes live at 10 a.m. So, anything beginning 10:30 a.m. EST onward is cool. ETA: of course, publishing before the forum is fine too.

Don’t forget to be respectful in your articles, to each other and anyone who may be passing by, comment where you’re able (even if an encouraging word of support!), and thanks as always for being the wonderful community you are.

If anyone needs help with scheduling anything, or general questions about things, please let me know and I’ll help as best I can.

Have fun!

*Thanks to Picky and all involved for brainstorming this.

Update: **If you’re not an author of TAY, no sweat! Please make one of your article tags: TAYclassic
