How’s it going TAY? It’s your eternal host and merciful overlord Nior, back to patiently listen to all of your worries. As usual, I hope y’all are having a great week because mine was off to a rocky start.

This past Sunday my pet dog got sick. She was lacking energy, barfing and eating very little. It had happened before and I gave her the usual medicine. Until later the same day, my brother says that she is bleeding. I called her name and she barely even acknowledged my presence and when she did, she came crawling towards me. I don’t think words can describe how shitty I felt seeing that.

Understandably, I freaked out. It was already super late in the night and I found no doctors to help, so I freaked out even more, unable sleep properly and in hindsight that was a good thing, cause 5 AM I was already on my way to the nearest hospital because I’ll be damned if I let my dog die like that.

Fortunately, she’s alive and recovering. Doctors said that it’s not cancer but it could become one, so she’s on the way to be castrated and avoid that scenario today. So I’ll likely still be in the hospital when this OF goes up, so if I take long to answer, that’s why. You’ve been warned! But for one night I thought my dog would die right there in my helpless arms and buddy, I don’t think I wish this on my worst enemy. If you’re a pet owner, take good care of your buddy. You never know when something may happen.

But anyway, in a way less traumatizing topic, I’ve been playing the new game from the FTL devs (and they made damn sure you know that) Into The Breach! And you know what? I love it. Mostly because I can actually win, the different squads are super cool (Blitzkrieg FTW) and really change the way you approach every scenario and the fact its giant mechs punching/burning/shooting/suplexing a bunch of giant insect-like monsters in a grid-based tactics roguelike. What’s not to love?

And with those giant beasts in mind here’s today’s main question:

“What are your favorite giant robots?”

Other topics may include:

  • What’s the origin of your screen name?
  • What animal would you absolutely not take as a pet?
  • Ninja or Samurai?
