Lately I've been waxing nostalgic. This is unlike me. At one point I was very confident and refused to live in the past. It's a good philosophy. It just doesn't work always. BUT TODAY!

Mid week resolution:

STOP going back to posts from 2 years ago and commenting

STOP looking through old pictures

START thinking about the future - apply to the Tox PhD Program. Just do it!

START running again. While I haven't had any great fluctuation in weight, I feel...lethargic. I want to feel energized.
