For the past few weeks I’ve been waking up moderately sleepy and I’ve been wondering why. It’s possibly due to the fact that I stay too late and spend too much time on my laptop, but I also have a feeling that it’s because I spend too much time on my phone through out the day.

In any case, I’ve been planning on implementing an alarm at the end of the day to remind me to turn off all my electronics to help get me into bed faster.

What’re some of your strategies to fall asleep? Do you take some medications? Do you turn off all your electronics at a certain time?
