That’s right, Oreos is at it again, and this time they’ve come up with a Peeps flavored filling, just in time for Easter. As far as I can tell, this is a Target exclusive.

Let me start off by saying I’m not a big fan of the actual Peeps, mostly because I don’t normally like untoasted marshmallows, and even I consider Peeps a bit too sugary. But I have to give Oreos credit, not only did the get the color and flavor right, not that “sugary” is a hard flavor to get right, but they even gave the filling some of that Peeps texture. So well done, Oreos, well done! If you like cookies and sugar, and even like Peeps but wish they weren’t so marshmallow-y, then these are right up your alley.

I will definitely be stopping by Target to get more some time this week. And speaking of Target exclusive, here’s a bonus review of Vanilla Cupcake m&m’s.

I’m going to give m&m’s credit for doing something I didn’t think possible, they made me like something made with white chocolate (aka not really chocolate, just sugar). But it worked this time. The candies really do taste like vanilla cupcakes. So if you like that flavor but want less of a mess, give these a try too.
