Avenged Sevenfold's Zelda-esque action RPG Hail to the King: Deathbat hit mobile devices this week and I've been having a good time with it. It's actually quite fun and it has a really strong N64 era Zelda vibe to it. It's also drenched in Avenged Sevenfold's style. It's very apparent within the art style for the game which has the band's signature evil horrory medieval fantasy feel also present in their lyrics and album artwork. And don't even get me started on the soundtrack. An original soundtrack composed by the band that has an old school gaming soundtrack feel in the vein of Zelda and Castleveinia plus a handful of their classic songs thrown in the mix. I have to say that Avenged Sevenfold have the perfect aesthetics, lyrical contact, and style to pull together into a cohesive video game lore.

And that brings me to today's topic question! What other bands would make for cool, fun, or interesting games? Personally I would love to see games designed by In Flames and Disturbed. Feel free to discuss this or anything else down below as you Talk Amongst Yourselves! Have a great weekend!
