I've recently started taking to wearing ties to work. Not a necessity, as everyone usually just wears more casual dress clothes around the office (aside from the directors), like a button up shirt, and some khakis or something.
Ties make me feel so different, which is sort of surprising. They make me feel more professional, maybe give me a bit of a confidence boost too. It's interesting that just wrapping a long piece of fabric around my neck can make me actually feel/act differently.
So my questions are: What is your usual work attire (dress clothes/uniforms/etc.)? Do you have a specific piece of clothing that makes you feel like you can conquer anything?
If you don't want to talk about this, then feel free to talk about anything else!
