My wife made me some shepherd’s pie last night, after I had a sudden urge to eat some. It’s such a great dish. Easy to prepare, easy to bake, easy to store leftovers. All around solid hearty meal.
My usual go-to meal (when I’m by myself, or hurting for time) is a quick and dirty stir-fry. Saute some onions in olive oil, throw in some cubed chicken, follow it up with bell peppers and tomato, cover in a stir fry/teriyaki sauce, and serve over rice. So easy.
So my question is: What is your go-to meal to prepare? It could be that it’s easy and simple, or maybe you like building up extravagant 3 course dinner meals?
As always, if you don’t want to talk about whatever I’m rambling on about, then feel free to talk amongst yourselves!
