(Incoming first worlds problems ahead. Be warned.)
In gaming related news I just bought a GeForce GTX 1070 Ti graphic card for my PC. I’m not that good with hardware but I switched harddrive last month, which was a rather simple process. So I’ve been inspired to upgrade my PC further. Graphic cards seems more complex since it’s more power hungry and such, so I’m kinda worried it wont even work with my computer. But a friend who knows more than me seem pretty sure it will. So damn him if it’s wrong!
I really want to just take my new graphic card and install it right now. But I can’t, because it has not yet been delivered to me, and might not get it in a whole month. Thanks to bitcoin miners, that snatch all the graphic cards in the world, and makes the prices increase. So I just have to wait until it arrives.
It gives me mixed feelings about the whole thing, should I have even bought a graphic card now? Or maybe bitcoin mining is just a fancy trend that will die soon? Did I buy the card at an overprice? And things like that. I’m probably, probably, gonna be happy when I can play PUBG super smooth and several of other games. Plus other benefits like being able to stream demanding games smoothly, or if I want to I can try out VR. (Not sure yet about that one.)
I guess I just have to wait and see how it turns out. Might write about it here some more if people are interested.
Anyway, here some suggested topics to talk about today:
- Are you into hardware? Have you built or wanna build your own PC? Or do you prefer playing on a console?
- Talk about a thing you bought that you regretted.
- Or talk about anything.
Sidenote: As always I’ll read and try reply to all of you. Although today I might be doing it late due to going away visiting some relatives.
