A Touch Too Much?
Happy Weekend TAY!
Another spring weekend with very mild temperatures followed by the threat of snow. I noticed several people in my neighbourhood taking off their snow tires last week, such a silly gamble to take in a Canadian snow belt. Best to wait and see what mother nature has in store for the rest of April. Even though Canada is apparently warming at twice the average global rate, I wouldn’t rule out another snowstorm or two.
Wherever you are and whatever weather you are having, I hope you have time to stay inside and play some video games this weekend.
I was able to finally finish off the Dawnguard DLC and the main storyline in Skyrim VR last week with what little time I could find.
So, other than some random quests that I may not finish, all I have left to complete is the Dark Brotherhood questline and the Dragonborn DLC. I was thinking of changing things up with another game for some variety, but I figure I’ll just power through and finish off Skyrim VR so I can put it down for good. I’m still loving the VR experience, but the game itself is maybe becoming a touch too much at this point. It is a crazy amount of content, I’m glad I can’t see how many hours I’ve put into it.
Hopefully this weekend I will be able to get in a bit of Breath Of The Wild with my kid as he has a weekend with no homework. Aside from beginning to prep the house for guests next weekend, I imagine I will also be able to sneak in a little Skyrim VR over the next couple of days and begin to chip away at the remaining content. I’m happy that the Dragonborn DLC is brand new to me and will take place in a completely different location. I need something new to look at.
So, what are you playing this weekend?
