Main Kotaku did one, so why can't we?! I imagine our tastes will be a little more eclectic than the main site's, so why not give 'er a go? :D I'll list all the categories I can think of, and you can answer of number of them you like. If you have a category to suggest, I'll add it! :D I'll also put my responses in here as well.

Game of the Year Thus Far: Metro: Last Light. While Bioshock Infinite was a great game, it really sagged for the whole middle portion. Metro doesn't have this problem - it starts strong, carries itself, and finishes strong. It knows exactly what it is and doesn't fuck around. What more could you ask for?
Best PC Game: Metro: Last Light. Same reasons.
Best Indie Game: I don't think I've played any indie games yet this year. O.o
Best 3DS Game: PROJECT X ZONE! There are going to be a lot of people that will hate this game, but it has a lot of the things I like - SRPG gameplay, self-aware jokes, ridiculous anime action, great sprite animation... What it lacks in depth, it more than makes up for in flair. (Should note that I haven't played FE:A yet though).
Best PS3 Game: Bioshock Infinite. Metro: Last Light is on the PS3, sure, but it's designed straight for the PC, and the console versions are definitely inferior products in this case. I loved Bioshock Infinite though - I couldn't put it down!
Best 360 Game: Netflix?
Best Wii Game: Netflix?
Best Wii U Game: Netflix?
Most Overrated: While I could say Bioshock for having that boring-ass middle part no one talks about, I'm going to have to go with Animal Crossing. Much like SotC and Tales of Symphonia (my hate for both is well-documented), I just don't understand the appeal, like... At all. To each their own, of course, but I have to be honest!
Hidden Gem: Metro: Last Light. Why isn't anyone talking about this game? D:
Most Disappointing: Deadly Premonition: Director's Cut. I quite liked this game on the 360 - for all its bizarre gameplay decisions, it had a lot of charm... So when I heard that a version for PS3 was planning to remedy all the problems while keeping the weird story in place, I snapped it right up. What I got, though, was pretty much a straight, unaltered port of the 360 version. The things that needed to be improved just weren't addressed, and I'm a little pissed about that. I was swindled. >:
