Well, July’s finally here, and so are the usual monsoon storms of the season. Unfortunately, I live in an area where I can see all the lightning and the rain all around the place, but never get even a lick of rain during the storms. Even the dust storms sometimes just graze by my house. On one hand, it’s probably for the better because it sucks having to clean up everything the next day, and pick up after the winds and their scattered palm tree rubbish everywhere. But on the other, storms can be really comfy and cozy sometimes, so it sucks when they just tease you and never show up.
