Tonight’s topic: Psychedelic Grooves
I recently finished Headlander, the game made by Adult Swim and published by Double Fine. The game is really fun, and takes a lot of style from the 60's and 70's. This also happens to coincide with me rewatching the early James Bond films (Connery/Lazenby/Moore). So you can say I’m really in a groovy mood of late.
The 60's and 70's were a pretty happening time. Disco was alive and well. So many great rock bands were in their prime. Space travel was starting to really take off. We have the disco era to thank for so many dance moves too!
So what’s your favourite era of the 90's? Love the Hustle? or maybe the Running Man? What’s your favourite disco move? Share with me something you like about whatever era you like.
Maybe you’re a straight shooter, who doesn’t like to groove on down... Then talk amongst yourselves, The Graveyard Shift is open for business.
