Hey everyone! Welcome to the Graveyard Shift, the nightly hang-out hosted by Kotaku's reader-run blog, TAY. This is a place to talk about anything - your lives, your gaming habits, or whatever else you desire. Hop on in and join the discussion! When you're done here, you could always go check out the articles over at TAY or TAYClassic! Or, if this is your first time at TAY, please check out this TUTorial!
It's hump day, TAY. We're already halfway there... well, maybe even more than halfway if you live across the pond. Honestly, I'm just looking forward to getting this week over with. The addition of the good ol' Labor Daybor has totally thrown off my internal clock, and I keep thinking that it's one day behind what it really is. Tomorrow is basically my Friday, though, so I just need to last a little longer.
Regardless, I haven't done an "Open Discussion" in a while, so I might as well go ahead and do it now. The topic is totally open, so feel free to talk about whatever.
If you aren't in the mood, there are tons of things in the news lately, especially now that so many high-profile games are either coming out or have already come out. I went ahead and collected a few of them here:
- Sega blames Gearbox for mismanaging Aliens: Colonial Marines marketing
- Next Famitsu will feature a big new game from Capcom
- Elder Scrolls Online team hit with layoffs, ZeniMax still 'strongly committed' to game
- Nintendo Maintains Its Policy: New 3DS Will Be Region-Locked
- A War Game That Actually Feels Like Being in a War
But again, as always, feel free to talk about life, love, gaming, or whatever else you desire. The Wednesday Graveyard Shift is now open!
Also, be sure to check out some of TAY's fantastic features, such as:
As a side note, apparently Velocity2X is really good and available for PS+ subscribers now. Go get it.
