- Pre made graham cracker pie Crust
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar (Or less or none if you add a sweet filling)
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Mix cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Again, mix until smooth. Pour mixture into crust. Chill at least 2 hours before serving
This can be easily substituted with other ingredients or at least what you would like to use for them. Like for me I wanted to make this as light as possible so I used the following.
Light Cool whip, Light Cream cheese, and I substituted sugar for Honey! Added fruit or whatever you want too!
It's great and all and super easy to make, but there is not beating a real cheesecake. But it will do when oh look you just happen to have a spare block of cream cheese, a whole thing of cool whip and a Graham Cracker Pie Crust!
This little bugger has to set for at least two hours or else when you go to serve a piece it turns out looking like this:
Mixing this with just a spoon or a whisk takes ages and may tire your arms out!
