I'm really feeling it!

The Winter Game Release Schedule

Edit: Almost done...
Okay well it’s here the glut of new game releases over the next few months is sure to excite almost everyone here. With big releases coming out almost by-weekly from now until December in preparation for the Holiday seasons I thought I’d make a little list of all the known game releases so as to better plan what to buy the day of or hold out for the post Holiday bonanza of Gift Cards and cold hard cash your friends and family grant you. Also let me make this clear this is not EVERY game being released as that would be insane this is also not even every AAA game just games I have a feeling somebody in TAY would be excited about sometime over the next few months. Really over the next few months literally everyone has something to be excited for even oft forgotten Vita and Wii U owners.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 PC) - Still hard to believe this game is multigenerational... September 1st
Super Mario Maker (Wii U) - Could have sworn this was already out... September 11
Destiny: The Taken King Expansion (PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360) - I know there is Destiney players here somewhere. September 15
Disgaea Triple Play (PS3) - A box set of all three PS3 Disgaea games for those who want to see what the fuss is about. Disgaea 4 is the best of the bunch by the way. September 15
Forza Motorsport 6 (Xbox One) - “C’mon, I know there’s at least three guys on this site who play racing games...” September 15
Persona 4: Dancing All Night (Vita) - I don’t get the attraction but many do. Last Persona 4 spinoff perhaps? September 29

Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax (PS3, Vita) - I am shocked that this game is coming over at all, the amount of licences needed is hard to imagine. October 6
Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengence (PS4) - Got to say one of my most anticipated games coming out. I expect to put hundreds of hours into this. October 6 (Japanese invasion it seems)
Darksiders II (PS4, Xbox One) - A really solid game with a make over October 6
Rock Band 4 (PS4, Xbox One) - Return of an old staple. October 6
Civilization: Beyond Earth - Rising Tide Expansion (PC) - I’m really hoping this fixes some of the issues with the core game like most Civilization expansions. October 9
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection (PS4) - Naughty Dog really likes there remasters and three of the best games for the PS3 is a good thing. October 9
Dragon Quest Heroes (PS4) - If Zelda can do it why not Dragon Quest? October 13
Tales of Zestiria (PS4, PS3, PC) - Yay! Finally October 20
Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden (3DS) - Kamehameha! October 20
The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes (3DS) - Not really sure what to think of this one... October 23
Halo 5: Guardians (Xbox One) - I don’t think this one needs an introduction. October 27
Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky (PSN, PC) - That was a nice surprise release yesterday. October 29

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 (PS4, Xbox One) - I’m sure somebody here is looking forward to this be honest. November 6 (because thats when they ALWAYS come out)

Star Wars Battlefront (Xbox One, PS4, PC) - I’m not nearly as excited for this as I should be... lo0 November 17
Sword Art Online: Lost Song (PS4, Vita) - This looks like it could be a lot of fun, also a physical release is unexpected. However a week after Fallout 4, bad timing and same day as Cold Steel. November 17
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel (PS3, Vita) - I seriously cannot wait for this game. You have no idea. November 17 (Note: I have not found an official confirmation of this date but Amazon and other outfits use it
Further Note: Amazon is now say December 17th, so until the exact date is confirmed sit tight)
Star Fox Zero (Wii U) - The rare Wii U game. November 20

Just Cause 3: Honestly I know nothing about this franchise. December 1
Xenoblade Chronciles (Wii U) - The Wii U may not have had a strong presence on this list but it ends strong. December 4
Persona 5 (PS4, PS3) - Another game I don’t expect needs too much introduction. Unknown - They promise 2015 Hopefully hearing more at Tokyo Game Show
