Shut it down. Pack it up. The winner for GameFAQ’s Best.Game.Ever. contest has been decided, and the wrong game one. Gaming is done for.
Undertale, the cute little RPG that could (but shouldn’t) won out over the juggernauts of Real Gaming™. Undertale crushed legends like the original Pokemon, Super Smash Bros. Melee, and Super Mario World.
In the final round, Undertale was able to beat out The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time by using the underhanded tactic of rallying more people to vote for it in a popularity contest.
Gaming has been on a downward spiral ever since the other more deserving games in this contest came out, but today we collectively mourn the loss of all of gaming and good taste. TAY sends it’s condolences to every gamer out there, barring casuals, people from Tumblr, SJWs, et al. We have already deleted our Steam accounts and have given all our consoles a viking funeral out of respect.
RIP Gaming: Loving Father, Killed By an Indie RPG in a Poll.
