I was a really big fan of the Pokémon Origins anime that aired back in 2013, and Pokémon Generation looks to be of the same higher-quality animation, retelling some of the other past Pokémon generations (clever title).
Each episode is going to be 3-5 minutes long, released weekly up to the end of December (December 23, 2016). If they start this Friday that’s 14 episodes weekly until the end of the year, and it looks like we’ve got everything from Kanto up to Kalos coming up.
I’m really interested in the Machamp that’s working with the police to bust the wall in some kind of raid. Those are stories that you don’t see much in the games!
You can catch the trailer and all future episodes on The Official Pokémon Channel on Youtube.
